Before You Buy

Common Questions

Do You Take a Cut of My Payments?

No. Your customers pay your payment gateway directly, and your gateway agreement decides those fees. FaltaPay charges a licence fee and nothing per transaction.

Do I Need a Merchant Account First?

Yes. FaltaPay connects the account you already hold with HyperPay or Tap Payments. It is not a payment gateway itself and cannot accept money on your behalf.

What Counts as a Site?

Each WordPress installation you activate the licence on. Staging and local copies of a site you already activated do not use up an extra activation.

What Happens When the Year Is Up?

The licence renews so updates and support continue. Cancel any time from your account and the plugin keeps working; it simply stops receiving updates.

Can I Ask a Question First?

Yes. Send a presale question and we will tell you honestly whether FaltaPay fits your gateway and platform before you buy.

What if It Does Not Work for Me?

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Set your gateway up in test mode first, so you can confirm a payment reaches it before going live.
